Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Once merchandise has been:

• Picked up from our store, or

• Delivered to your home by our team,

the sale is considered final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted after this point. We encourage all customers to carefully inspect merchandise at the time of pickup or delivery.

 

Special Order Deposits

Deposits made on special order items are non-refundable.
If a special order is canceled after the merchandise has arrived, the deposit will be returned as store credit only.
